Warranty Details
What are the limited warranty terms?
International Leisure Products, Inc. dba Solstice Watersports (“Solstice Watersports”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser in the United States of America that its Solstice Watersports products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) when used for recreational purchases. Because Solstice Watersports cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Solstice Watersports or a Solstice Watersports authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Solstice Watersports reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. If you have

This warranty does not cover:
- any defects due to normal wear and tear (such as punctures, cuts, or abrasions
sustained in normal recreational use) - use for non-recreational purposes (including, but not limited to, any commercial use of the Product, such as rental or professionally guided tours)
- use in excess of the allowable water class (including operation in water conditions exceeding the Product’s stated rating, such as Class V or similarly hazardous rapids)
- accidents
- improper storage
- alteration to the product, or
- negligence.
Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should complete the warranty claim form above or contact us by writing to the address below. Please have the following information available: (1) description of alleged defect, (2) photographs and videos depicting the alleged defect, and (3) receipt showing when and where the product was purchased. Solstice Watersports will replace a defective Product or Product part that is covered by this warranty. If a replacement is not available because the Product is no longer available or manufactured, Solstice Watersports will replace the Product with a comparable one.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOLSTICE WATERSPORTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
